A new season always kicks up an urge for me to go out and buy a few new wardrobe favorites, and fall more so than any other time of year. While fall has not quite arrived here in New England, I am looking forward to the beautiful foliage, all things pumpkin and to start wearing cozy knits again. Currently, I’ve been on the hunt for some new sweaters that I can start wearing now through the winter season.
Here are seven sweaters that are on my radar:
Initially I was not into a funnel neck sweater, but this one, (which I just purchased at 25 percent off) is so soft and comfortable, has a great fit that would work for day and night ,and one that I would wear all season long.
I tend to lean towards neutral sweaters and I love the smokey gray color on this sweater as well as the soft bubble sleeves.
A chunky knit is on my must-have list and this one is oversize and has a turtleneck, which will get lots of wear on chilly fall days and nights.
I tried on this sweater at a store recently and loved it for its pretty pleats and timeless look.
You can’t go wrong with a textured cardigan in a timeless hue and this one I will throw on for grocery store runs to my kids soccer games.
Dressed up faux-fur sleeves makes this sweater a standout and great for work meetings and a night out with friends.
Every girl in the fall needs a neutral cable knit sweater and I like how this one has enough slouch, but still looks tailored and works well with any color denim.
