Since I’ve moved out of New York, my workout is primarily running outside or doing hot yoga or pilates at a studio. I’ve been lucky with the beautiful warm weather we’ve been having here in New England that I’m making do with the workout gear already stocked in my closet. But, that will soon change. Here’s some cold-weather gear I’m loving right now and will need as the temperature drops:
A sleek zip-up pullover that will wick away moisture and has hand cuffs for cooler days.
Warm pants that help regulate body temperature for training outside.
A must for morning runs when the weather is cool and crisp.
Keeping the head and ears warm in cooler temps is a no brainer. This will do the job while still looking cute and stylish.
A down vest in a bright color will keep the body warm.
I love this cozy sleeveless vest you can wear during the day and into the night.
New training sneakers in the most popular color of that season.
A good long sleeve top with moisture-wicking fabric for outside runs.
