I’ve always been into grooming my brows and no matter how much I try to let them grow in or slather on brow conditioners, they still need some attention in certain areas. I’ve always found that a brow pencil gave me the most natural look, so when I stumbled upon this new three-in-one brow pencil by L’Oreal at the drugstore that was half the price of my more expensive one, I was intrigued to see if it would give me that natural, full look.
This new dual-sided pencil features a pencil for color on one side (I use the blonde color) and a finishing wax ton the other to keep brows in place. What is great about this particular pencil is that it also comes with a firm brush on the cap to blend in color and define. I first brush up my brows with the cap brush, then apply the pencil in light feathery strokes in the same direction as my hair growth to fill in sparse areas. Then, I use the brush again to blend and use a little bit of the finishing wax to set brows. My brows look really natural and appear fuller and thicker, plus I don’t get any flakiness that you can get when using some brow gels. L’Oreal Brow Stylist Sculptor ($8.99)
